I really enjoy going to these parks. Shawnee Mission Park has mountain bike and hiking trials. There is also a large off-leash dog area that features a beach! The dogs love going there and meeting many other dogs. The beach is always a favorite because they can swim and play without getting into trouble. Since I am into mountain biking, I like the Streamway Parks. These parks follow the river with a paved trail. The trail goes for several miles and connects to Shawnee Mission Park. - Jeffrey , posted 08/21/05 |
