The Operations Processor II will work under general supervision to perform basic and moderately complex operations tasks utilizing the telephone to work primarily with internal and external clients or support groups. The incumbent will operate brokerage operations systems, clearing firm systems, internet, and other bank systems, or combination of systems, required to process transactions. Also, they will research and resolve basic to moderately complex operations issues and routine reconciliations within assigned functional area.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
2-3 Years of related work experience or the equivalent combination of experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of this position.
