Primary responsibility is collections. Acts as a liaison between outside collections agencies and all internal collection departments with the purpose of collection of delinquent accounts in a recovery, charge-off status. Uses a computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years Collections experience.
Strong communication skills to interface with customers to provide a positive customer experience
